The Real Estate Industry is Expected to Recover Next Year

 

The secretarygeneral of China Real Estate Association Miao Rule expressed 

that China real estate has been through the hardest time. The effectively 

controlled on house price, smooth recovery on transaction and enthusiasm 

recovery of the developer promises the full vigor and vitality in the real 

estate industry 2013. The professional consider it is the golden period for 

developing real estate industry due to rapid development of urbanization.

Ren Zhiqiang of Huayuan Group pointed out some urgent problems should 

be solved. One is the shortage of real estate land which can not meet the 

demand of housing. In the last nine months, the statistic of the increased 

national commercial land reported that only 11.6% was used by the developer.

The second is the unique characters of Chinese land market. There is a big 

prices difference between the state-owned land and individual land.
