China became the No.1 Global Constructional Country

China has invested over 1000 billion dollars on construction project last year, which become the global No.1 constructional country surpassed USA first time                                             .    

According to the report of Financial Times, the outlay on Chinese construction engineer was soaring within 2010. Meanwhile, American construction price was dropped steadily during the economic recession period. This country invested 983 billions dollars on the construction project last year which less than 1.5 trillion in 2005.

The global building supervisor Lindsey Graham Robinson stated “ It is the real kickpoint in building history.” The organization and PWC, Oxford Economics released the above report together. China became the global second largest economic country and gained the global building industry laurel over Japan, which showed that a decade trend. That is the key point of construction has transferred to new-emerging economic entity such as China, India from the mature market such as America, Japan and West Europe and so on.

However, the leading range certainly will increase in China. The report forecasted that China will account for 1/5 and exceed the current 14% in global construction industry.

Last year, the house construction accounted for 57% of  Chinese whole industry outlay. Chinese government tried to prevent house property foam, the increase of house construction will slow down during this decade forecast. Compared with it, the promoting reasons of increase maybe come from the larger outlay on basic facilities and new projects, such as railway, road and electric power.

In next coming ten years, global construction outlay is expected up to 97.7 trillions dollars. Even though Chinawill become the No.1 among of them, India also will increase the investment. According to the forcast, Indiawill surpass Japan to be the 3rd global constructional country.
